NORA Studio, an independent sustainable fashion label based in Amsterdam, approached Kavrin Films ahead of the launch of its new collection, Made to Remain.
The brand did not want a conventional campaign built around models posing in finished garments. It wanted to communicate the people, materials and values behind every piece while still creating something visually refined enough for a premium fashion audience.
The Challenge
The collection had a strong story, but the brand was struggling to communicate it clearly across its website and social platforms.
Our challenge was to:
- Introduce the new collection without making the film feel overly promotional
- Highlight the craftsmanship and sustainable production process
- Create one central film that could be adapted across several platforms
- Maintain a polished, editorial visual identity
- Deliver the complete campaign before the collection’s launch date
“Kavrin Films understood that we were not simply launching another collection. They captured the care, people and purpose behind our work while making the final campaign feel cinematic and distinctly ours.”

Our Creative Approach
We developed the campaign around the idea that clothing becomes meaningful through the people who create and wear it.
Instead of relying on a traditional voice-over, the story was built using quiet observations from the studio: fabric being selected, patterns being drawn, garments being stitched and models moving naturally through Amsterdam.
Close-up production details were combined with wider city scenes to connect the intimate making process with the environment in which the collection would eventually be worn.
The sound design played an equally important role. Natural studio sounds, footsteps, fabric movement and subtle ambient music were layered together to create a tactile and immersive experience.
Deliverables
The final campaign included:
- One 90-second hero brand film
- One 30-second campaign trailer
- Three 15-second social-media edits
- Six vertical videos for Instagram and TikTok
- Website banner footage
- Behind-the-scenes photography and video assets
The Outcome
The campaign gave NORA Studio a consistent visual story that could be used throughout its launch instead of relying on separate, disconnected pieces of content.
During the first month of the campaign, the brand recorded:
- 42% higher engagement on its collection landing page
- 3.1× longer average viewing time compared with its previous campaign
- 180,000+ organic social impressions
- A complete sell-out of two featured garments within ten days
More importantly, the film helped audiences understand not only what the brand was selling, but why the collection had been created.
